We have a NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy. All sales are final.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages and issue must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Wrong item: After review, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how & where to send your package. Once your package is returned, we will ship the correct merchandise according to your original order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Damages & Defects: Please send us a picture of the damages or defect so we can make our evaluation. We may, at our discretion, request that defective merchandise be returned to us for further inspection. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to the same credit card used for the initial purchase.
