Can I order by phone, fax or email?
All orders must be completed via our website. For any exceptional circumstances, please contact customer service
I forgot my password, what can I do?
On the homepage, click on “My Account”, followed by “Lost your password?”. Enter your email address and a new password will be emailed within a few moments.
I will not be home for the delivery; can I change the delivery date?
It is not possible for us to modify delivery dates. However, Canada Post will not leave the packages at your door. Instead, they will leave a note for you to pickup your package at your nearest post office.
Can I change my address once an order is placed?
You may change your address in your customer profile at any time. If your order is already being processed, then please contact customer service.
How can I return an item?
We do not accept any returns, unless we shipped you the wrong merchandise, or the merchandise you received is damaged. In either case, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.
